Worked with the Owner to upgrade the existing Shell Building, including all utilities, site improvements, and seismic upgrade. Transforming the existing warehouse into 3 new suites for medical office tenants.
RETAIL TENANT IMPROVEMENT
Incorporated the retail tenants’ vision for the existing suite, creating a space to showcase their goods, and bring their brand to life for this brick & mortar location.
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
Working with the homeowner to develop a 750 sf, 1 bedroom + 1 bath ADU. Work with the site constraints, local planning requirements, and the design vision of the owner.
2ND STORY ADDITION
Transform the existing single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath home into a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home.
RESIDENTIAL ADDITION & REMODEL
Adding 180 sf to the home, transformed the kitchen & living spaces, new panoramic sliding doors maximize the sites breathtaking views.
BAR STUDY
Working with the building owner to explore the tenant suite layouts. Concept for a Sake bar.
