With 19 years of experience, founder Jamie Knollmiller’s experience encompasses a diverse background of project types including single family and multi-family residential, retail, restaurant, commercial and medical, including both ground up and tenant improvements.
Ms. Knollmiller is very knowledgeable in taking projects though the design, entitlement phase, permitting, and construction- working closely with the local jurisdictions.
Working directly with the clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project to keep the team informed, achieve the project goals, and meet project schedules.
